Cook-off

Chefs from the Chisholm Trail Inn Dining Facility face-off against chefs from Taste and See, June 12, 2014, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Three to four personnel from the DFAC went head-to-head against the Taste and See head chef Jason Febres, preparing three different entrees for judges and a crowd of on-lookers. Each culinary team presented their own original take on similar dishes for judges to decide who made it the best, and the crowd voted on the ‘people’s favorite’.
