Neil Oltmer, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron structural journeyman, walk away from an A-10 Thunderbolt II, May 20, 2014, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. Hogan and Oltmer reunited to launch the aircraft on its final flight en route to the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Aircraft Boneyard.
