McConnell Airman responds to shooting downtown

Staff Sgt. Marcus Tucker, 22nd Contracting Squadron contract administrator, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., was a first responder to a gunshot victim after a shooting downtown, Sept. 22, 2013.
