Honor Guard honors WWII brothers with flag fold

Honor guardsmen from the 22nd Air Refueling Wing and 184th Intelligence Wing fold an American Flag, Aug. 10, 2015, in Wichita, Kan. Two flags from 1943 and 1944 were refolded at the request of Verna Welsh, the last surviving sibling of Staff Sgt. Dale Francis and Pfc. Paul Edward Kingsley, who died in World War II.
