Honor Guard honors WWII brothers with flag fold

22nd Air Refueling Wing and 184th Intelligence Wing Honor Guard Airmen fold a 48-star American Flag, Aug. 10, 2015, in Wichita, Kan. The flag and one other were presented to the family of Staff Sgt. Dale Francis and Pfc. Paul Edward Kingsley when they died in 1943 and 1944, respectively, during World War II. The American flag contained only 48 stars until 1959, when Alaska and Hawaii were admitted as the 49th and 50th states in the union, respectively. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Victor J.
