Improved alert facility keeps McConnell ready

Airman 1st Class Justin Terry, 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron electrical systems apprentice and 1st Lieutenant Scott Darr officially reopen the new Alert Facility with a ribbon cutting ceremony, Sept. 10, 2015, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan.
