Maribeth Havaran, 22nd Medical Group health promotion dietitian, inputs data into a computer during a Bod Pod scan Dec. 31, 2019, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. The first week of January marks Diet Resolution Week; a perfect opportunity for Airmen to take charge of their health and fitness goals. The Bod Pod is a body composition measuring device that can accurately determine an individual’s body fat percentage and lean muscle mass.
