Kathy Bond, 22nd Air Refueling Wing honorary commander, presents the Daughters of the American Revolution Distinguished Citizen Medal citation to Lt. Col. Daniel McVay, the outgoing 22nd Operations Support Squadron commander, during a change of command ceremony Jan. 16, 2020, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas.
