2020 Squadron Superintendent Course

Squadron superintendents are briefed about the functionality of a KC-46 in-flight refueling station Oct. 14, 2020, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. Over the course of four days, superintendents were afforded multiple opportunities to foster reflection and self-awareness, create an understanding of the broader context of the triad and mission partners, as well as analyze problems, arrive at logical solutions and communicate reasoning.
