The Peer-to-Peer initiative is targeted towards junior enlisted airmen between the ranks of E-1 to E-4 and consists of a two-day training course where Airmen have the opportunity to interact with various helping agencies, including the chapel, Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC), Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), Equal Opportunity (EO), Mental Health and the Integrated Resiliency Office.
