Familiarization taxiing training

Master Sgt. Arenda Jackson and Master Sgt. Scott Perkins, 931st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chiefs, wait for the KC-46A Pegasus to begin taxiing Feb. 21, 2019, at McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. As a part of the familiarization period with the KC-46, aircrews began procedures for taxiing the aircraft around the airfield. The next step toward operationally refueling will be a test flight. McConnell will be receiving a 32 additional next-generation tankers for a total of 36 aircraft.
