    McConnell's Fitness Center opens with restrictions

    The base Fitness Center closed its doors in March due to the coronavirus outbreak, but reopened on June 8, 2020 with restrictions.  When discussions of opening up Kansas’ economy began, the Fitness Center staff started strategizing ways to protect Airmen while providing a vital pillar in today’s mission — fitness.

    Turn quarantine time into quality time

    Social distancing can be defined as actions taken to slow the spread of a highly contagious disease. While it is important to practice good habits like washing your hands often and maintaining your personal hygiene, it is also recommended to avoid large gatherings and personal interactions in order to combat COVID-19. So how are we supposed to keep ourselves from going stir-crazy while also staying safely away from crowds of people?
