Residents of McConnell's on-base housing now have the opportunity to complete the 2022 Department of Defense Tenant Satisfaction Survey.

Survey results provide leadership with feedback about living in McConnell's housing and will guide decisions the Air Force makes about future housing concerning programs, resources and services for residents.

"The annual DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey is one of the single most important avenues of feedback our residents have," said Sharon Shores, Asset Management and Property Operations of Mayroad, senior vice-president. "Not only do the survey responses provide critical feedback for year-over-year planning, but it also allows us an opportunity to improve our customer service by evaluating the responses at the individual community. We have been incredibly fortunate to have an active resident base who takes the 15 minutes of their day to respond and provide helpful feedback."

Residents will be eligible to win 1 of 4 $100 gift cards for participating. CEL & Associates Inc., an independent third-party group, administered the survey. All survey answers are confidential and take less than 15 minutes to
complete. The survey period ends on Dec. 1.

CEL & Associates emailed the survey link on Oct. 17. They sent it to residents who moved in before Sept. 12. Residents who did not receive a survey should send an email to: AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com, with their installation name and address.

In 2021, 13 installations were honored with the CEL Crystal Service Award for their outstanding performance. Out of those 2021 recipients, 7 installations received the award two years in a row, including McConnell Air Force Base. The award recognizes installations with multiple neighborhoods that receive an overall score of 85 percent or higher and a 20 percent or higher response rate.

The local Military Housing Office and Mayroad community offices can assist with any concerns. Before reaching out to CEL & Associates, residents should know that only one survey link was sent to the primary email address on file and can sometimes end up in their junk email folder.
