As a spotlight performer, individuals are chosen by leadership for demonstrating one or more of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing commander's intents: Foster a culture of excellence ... Develop the next generation of leaders ... Set and achieve goals.

Tech. Sgt. Katrina Pease, 22nd Aerospace Medicine Squadron force health medicine NCO in charge, was chosen as the 22nd Air Refueling Wing spotlight performer for the week of April 1 to 5.

As the force health management NCOIC, she ensures that members of Team McConnell are medically fit and ready to perform their job. She also manages the Preventive Health Assessment, program in addition to the deployment and occupational health programs.

Pease has been stationed at McConnell for one year and in the Air Force for 10. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and swimming.

"Tech. Sgt. Pease continues to be a positive role model," said Chief Master Sgt. Yvonne Miller, 22nd Medical Group superintendent, "and inspires those around her by continually teaching and stressing that commitment and excellence, in becoming a functional expert, is imperative to professional development and mission accomplishment."
