As a spotlight performer, individuals are chosen by leadership for demonstrating the Air Force's Core Values: Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.

Airman 1st Class So Hyun Park, 22nd Comptroller Squadron financial services technician was chosen as the 22nd ARW spotlight performer for the week of Jan. 13 to 17.

Park joined the Air Force in October 2012 and arrived at McConnell in March 2013. As a financial services technician, she provides military and travel pay customer service to active duty, reserve, guard, and civilians assigned to McConnell.

"Since arriving at McConnell, Airman 1st Class Park eagerly accepted challenges and consistently volunteered to learn more of her career field daily, making her a role model for her peers," said Master Sgt. Freda Smith, 22nd Comptroller Squadron financial services flight chief. "She often operates in capacities normally filled by ranks higher than her own."

She also helps to in-process new members to McConnell, ensuring they receive their entitlements.

Outside of her work environment, she practices photography, enjoys traveling and keeps herself involved with the world of fashion.
